All players are expected to use the sogbet platform honestly, fairly, and in compliance with these terms at all times. To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, sogbet's total liability to any player for any claim arising from the use of the platform shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that player in the thirty (30) days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim. sogbet is not liable for any indirect, consequential, incidental, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, loss of data, or loss of goodwill, even if sogbet has been advised of the possibility of such damages.

Nothing in these terms is intended to exclude or limit liability for fraud, personal injury caused by negligence, or any other liability that cannot be lawfully excluded. Players are reminded that all gaming and betting activities involve financial risk and that past results are not indicative of future outcomes. sogbet does not guarantee any specific results from gameplay and makes no representations about the probability of winning in any game or betting market offered on the platform.
